We are proud to announce the acquisition of Venator Materials’ Siccative Business Unit. This acquisition is our third in the last 18 months, following our acquisitions of Tunçtaş (sodium silicate) and Metal Oxide* (zinc oxide). With this strategic step, the globally recognized NUODEX®, DURHAM®, and NUODEX® DryCoat brands are now united under the Ege Kimya umbrella, along with our EGEDry®, EGEDry® Prime, and EGECat® brands. This allows us to offer the most comprehensive siccative product portfolio to the paint, composite, and polyurethane sectors.
